These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from Freepaw. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Freepaw (ABN 66 205 966 359) is an online retailer based in Western Australia, selling dog walking accessories to customers within Australia.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.

Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared with the physical product. Freepaw is a walking accessory — it is not a training device and does not stop a dog pulling. It redistributes the point of pull from the hand to the waist.

Safe use

Always check that the belt and clip are secure before each walk. Do not use with a dog whose strength or behaviour you cannot safely manage. Supervise your dog at all times.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees described above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by Freepaw or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
