  • Payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store your full card details)

We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to your enquiries, send order updates, and — where you have opted in — send marketing emails. We also use aggregated technical data to improve our website.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with:

  • Our e-commerce platform provider — which hosts this store and processes orders
  • Our fulfilment partner — to pack and ship your order (name and shipping address only)
  • Our payment providers — to take payment securely
  • Advertising and analytics providers — to measure how our advertising performs

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, in line with the Spam Act 2003. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribe requests within 5 business days.
